Settlla is a rental marketplace where every tenant, landlord, and agent passes identity checks before entering. Listings are verified with photos and virtual tours, agent fees are fixed by the platform, and rent money sits in escrow until the tenant has keys in hand and confirms the home matches the listing. Every user signs a binding digital agreement, and Settlla states it refers fraud to the police and the EFCC with the evidence already compiled.
