Sparkles runs the floor of a laundry or dry-cleaning business: taking orders, issuing digital receipts, remembering customer preferences, controlling what each staff member can see and do, tracking inventory and expenses, and messaging customers on WhatsApp and SMS as their clothes move through the process. Orders can be taken with the network down and sync when it returns, and several branches are managed from one hub. It is in early access behind an email whitelist, priced from free up to ₦15,000 a month.

Laundries run on paper tickets and memory, and the cost shows up as garments nobody can find and customers nobody calls back. The offline-first intake matters more here than any feature list, because a shop cannot stop accepting orders just because the network dropped.
